What is the rust spot on the strong neodymium NdFeB magnet?
Time:12/06/2018
If the strong force of the iron-boron magnet is not preserved, white or other color spots will appear for a long time, and it will develop into rust spots over a long period of time. Under normal circumstances, the Everbeen neodymium strong neodymium iron boron magnet plating is not prone to rust spots. The usual causes of rust are the following:

1. The magnet is stored in a place with humidity, poor air circulation and temperature difference;

2. The dirt on the surface of the magnet before plating is not well cleaned;

3. Insufficient plating time or process flow problems;

4. Magnet oxidation caused by damage to the packaging seal of the magnet;

Everbeen neodymium magnet manufacturer
Everbeen neodymium NdFeB magnets are qualified for electroplating products. Under normal conditions, there should be no rust on the surface of the electroplated coating. NdFeB magnets should avoid the following storage methods:

In places where the humidity is too humid and the air flow is not good; when the temperature difference changes greatly, even if the salt spray test product is stored in a harsh environment for a long time, rust spots may occur. When the electroplating product is stored in a harsh environment, the base layer further reacts with the condensed water, which causes the adhesion between the base layer and the plating layer to be lowered, and in the severe case, the base layer is partially pulverized, thereby naturally peeling. Electroplating products should not be placed in high humidity for long periods of time and should be placed in a cool, dry place.
