iron flocculant and its application in wastewater treatment sauce
This paper studies to blast furnace flue dust and aluminum ash as main raw materials, synthetic flocculant made PAFC (PAFC) in the process, small addition of lanthanum nitrate on the self-PAFC flocculant was modified to change the development of La of self-ferric coagulant (La-PAFC), compared flocculant performance changes before and after modification, the modification of the initial mechanism of lanthanum. Study of various factors on the synthesis of La-PAFC flocculation properties, determine the optimum conditions, and analyze the flocculation mechanism La-PAFC. The results show that, La-PAFC flocculation performance is better than homemade PAFC.

Ferron timed complex colorimetric method by experiments, lanthanum nitrate can affect the polymerization process of hydrolysis of aluminum and iron to improve the La-PAFC content of active ingredients, adding the amount of lanthanum nitrate and ferric form of basicity of a certain impact. Experimental results show that the dynamic process of flocculation, La modified with nitric acid made PAFC, can significantly improve the final floc size, floc significantly reduced differences floc formation speed, and ultimately improve the treatment effect. Ferron, infrared analysis and transmission electron microscopy analysis shows that lanthanum nitrate can increase the degree of polymerization of La-PAFC, the hydrolysis of aluminum and iron have a certain catalytic polymerization.
