In 2018, the cumulative sales volume of new energy vehicles in China reached 1.01 million units, an increase of 83% year-on-year. In 2020, the capacity of new energy vehicles will reach 2 million. With the promotion of new energy vehicles in the country, the industry's prosperity has been continuously improved, and the rare earth magnet industry has benefited significantly. In 2018, China's new energy vehicles consumed about 4,582 tons of NdFeB magnetic materials, with an output value of 1.924 billion yuan. It is estimated that by 2020, 9073 tons of NdFeB magnetic materials will be consumed, with an output value of 3.811 billion yuan.
